Check at the time of delivery:

Overview

Please open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person.

If you receive the wrong or defective product, return it immediately with the delivery person.

After delivery:

You can still return the product after receiving it by sending it back to our address (shipping charges will apply).

Refunds:

Once the return process is completed, the refund will be made through your original payment method.

Replacement Policy

Timeframe:

You may request a replacement within 3 / 5 / 7 days (depending on the product).

Conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Replacement is applicable only for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.

Product change option:

You may choose the same product or upgrade to another by paying the price difference.
